Center for Inspiring Greatness ™ and Tandy Elisala (herein referred to as CIG) has created this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting your privacy. The following Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Center for Inspiring Greatness (CIG) and Tandy Elisala. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use “Services”, or when you otherwise interact with us. This privacy policy includes but isn’t limited to the following websites and Services:  www.TandyElisala.com, www.CoachTandy.com, www.CenterforInspiringGreatness.com.  CIG maintains certain websites that can be accessed outside of these websites both under our own brand and under partner brands that we perform Services for (the “Other Sites”).


We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as by adding a statement to our website or by sending you a notification). We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy whenever you access the Services or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.


(CIG) is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona and our Services are provided to you by Tandy Elisala. If you are a resident of the European Union (“EU”), Center for Inspiring Greatness is the controller of your personal data for the purposes of the EU data protection law.


Unless otherwise indicated, this Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party products or services or the practices of companies we do not own or control, including other companies you might interact with on or through the Services.


Collection of Information

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information

when you create an account, participate in any interactive features of the Services,

subscribe to a newsletter or email list, participate in an event, survey, contest or

promotion, make a purchase, communicate with us via third-party social media sites,

request customer support or otherwise communicate with us.


The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, password, postal address, phone number, gender, date of birth, photo.

When you share payment information (such as your credit or debit card and billing address), we use Payment Card Industry compliant third-party payments services and we do not store your credit card or bank account information.

We also collect any other information you choose to provide.

We may share your information with third parties who provide services to CIG such as supporting and improving the Services, promoting the Services, processing payment, or fulfilling orders.

Affiliates and Acquirors of our Business or Assets

We may share your information with affiliates under common control with us, who are required to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy with regard to your information. If CIG becomes involved in a business combination, securities offering, bankruptcy, reorganization, dissolution or other similar action, we may share or transfer your information in connection with such transaction.

We may preserve and share your information with third parties, including law enforcement, public or governmental agencies, or private litigants, within or outside your country of residence, if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, including to respond to court orders, warrants, subpoenas, or other legal or regulatory process. We are based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries.


Social Sharing Features

The Services may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook “Like” button), which let you share actions you take on our Services with other media, and vice versa. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others

Log Files

We may allow others to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and to provide analytics services. These entities may use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites. The stored information includes IP addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and information about what was clicked on screen. This information may be used by Company and others to, among other things, analyze trends, administer, protect and secure the Services, track member movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. CIG uses a third-party analytics platform (Google Analytics) to process and analyze this data as well as storing on our servers. Log files are retained for undefined periods of time ranging from one hour to indefinitely.

CIG takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, spam and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

When you provide me with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. We do not store your credit card information.


Your Choices

Account Information

You may review, correct or modify information maintained in your online account at any time by logging into your account and updating your profile information or by  emailing us at tandy-at -tandyelisala.com . If you wish to delete or deactivate your account, please email us at tandy-at -tandyelisala.com, but note that some information you provide through the Services may continue to be accessible (e.g., comments you submit through the Services) and that we may continue to store information about you as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Push Notifications/Alerts

With your consent, we may send push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.

    Where we process your information based on our legitimate interests explained above, or in the public interest, you can object to this processing in certain circumstances. In such cases, we will cease processing your information unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue processing or where it is needed for legal reasons.
  • Revoke Consent
    Where you have previously provided your consent, such as to permit us to send you marketing emails, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your information at any time. For example, you can withdraw your consent by updating your account email preferences. In certain cases, we may continue to process your information after you have withdrawn consent if we have a legal basis to do so or if your withdrawal of consent was limited to certain processing activities.

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you are located outside of the United States and choose to use the Services to provide information to us, you acknowledge and understand that your information be transferred, processed and stored in the United States, as it is necessary to provide the Services and perform the Terms of Service. United States privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.

Retention of Information

We retain information as long as it is necessary to provide the Services to you and others, and for our own archival records, subject to any legal obligations to further retain such information. Information associated with your account will generally be kept until you ask us to delete it. Following the deletion of your account, it may take up to 30 days to fully delete your personal information and system logs from our systems. Additionally, we may retain information from deleted accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce the Terms of Service and take other actions permitted by law. The information we retain is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information about you that is no longer necessary and relevant to provide our Services may be de-identified and aggregated with other non-personal data to provide insights which are commercially valuable to CIG, such as statistics of the use of the Services.

Our compliance with certain laws

California Online Privacy Protection Act

According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:

Users can visit our site anonymously, although not all services are available without registration.

Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page or as a minimum, on the first significant page after entering our website.

Our Privacy Policy link includes the word ‘Privacy’ and can be easily be found on the page specified above.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.


We collect your email address in order to:

  • Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions
  • Process orders and to send information and updates pertaining to orders.
  • Send you additional information related to your product and/or service
  • Market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients after the original transaction has occurred.

To be in accordance with CANSPAM, we agree to the following:

  • Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses.
  • Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way.
  • Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters.
  • Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used.
  • Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly.
  • Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.

If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can email us at tandy-at – tandyelisala.com and we will promptly remove you from all marketing correspondence. If you would like to be removed from all email correspondence, you may unsubscribe at the bottom of every email you receive from us.



While CIG continues to work hard to protect your personal information, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, and CIG cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to CIG. Transmitting personal information is done at your own risk.

If you object to any of the changes to this Privacy Policy, you should stop using the Services and delete your account.
