Self-love and self-care are my community themes this month. After all, February is all about love, right!?! The most important relationship we have is the one with ourselves. This month, I’m going to share self-love and self-care tips to help you remember your magnificence!

Today, we’re discussing doing the things you absolutely love. If you don’t spend time today or this week doing at least ONE thing you love, when are you going to start? Seriously, when? Here’s a quick video on the topic.

Grab a piece of paper and a pen and write down 10 things you love. Then, pick one thing from the list and schedule time in your calendar this week to do it! I’d love to know what you picked. Don’t die saying “I NEVER did xxxx” or I DIDN’T do xxxx” or “I regret NOT doing xxx”. Make your life matter TODAY!
