How is your car your lifeline? Well, it has to do with recharging batteries. Sometimes when you go through difficult times, you may not want to do anything but lie down and cry by yourself or keep busy by working. Let’s face it, when going through a devastating life-changing experience, you feel like your whole world has changed. You may feel like you can’t breathe. You may feel like you want to give up.
When you are strong and have always been there for everyone else, NOW is the time for YOU. THIS is the time for you to recharge your batteries. Take time to reflect on what’s working and what’s not. Think about when you are going to have the opportunity to just be still… just be… In another blog post, I offer 9 questions to ponder during challenging days.
Perhaps this is a place for you to start your reflection journey.
NOW IT’S YOUR TURN:
Anytime of year is a good time to recharge your batteries. When was the last time you took time for yourself to refresh, reflect and recharge? Please comment below! Your answer may encourage others…and reading other comments may encourage you.
