Here are some ways to help make affirmations truer for you. Add to the beginning of any affirmation one of the following:

  1. More and more, I am xxx.
  2. Every day in every way, I am experiencing xxx.
  3. I am partnering with Spirit and declaring xxx.
  4. I am in the process of xxx.
