Stress is a prevalent issue today and the extent to which we balance life is directly affected by how we care for ourselves. After all, when taking care of others, in any capacity, you must start with self-care. As a caregiver, balancing self-care with care giving was a challenge for me. Sometimes I got it right and sometimes I got the 2×4.
