As 2014 comes to a close, I wanted to share tips for overcoming obstacles, bringing more balance to your life, how to de-stress, and how families can get through difficult times. Sometimes, the holidays are happy times and, for some, the holidays are challenging as they struggle with health issues, grief or loss, or any number of other things.
