What are you good at? What do you enjoy doing? What do you enjoy doing that you are also good at?

When you make a habit of doing things that you are good at, it reinforces your belief in your abilities and showcases your strengths. When you do what you love, time can just fly by and it feels like you’ve only been doing this thing you love for a much shorter time than you really have. I love it when this happens! When we focus on the things we are good at and/or enjoy doing, we are practicing our self-love muscle.
