52 Weeks of Happiness: Week One
My daughter, Amanda, got me the book , “52 Lists for Happiness Weekly Journaling Inspiration for Positivity, Balance and Joy” by Moorea Seal. Every week this year, I am sharing with you the lists for the week and my weekly answers. I hope this encourages you to build your own happy list. The week one activity is to list what makes you happy right now.
What Makes Me Happy Right Now Is:
My new computer.
My new car; Olivia.
Music. Because music is the universal language.
Essential Oils. I recently had a toothache and I used a combination of oils, and boom, five minutes, it was gone.
My friends make me happy.
My new eye mask makes me happy.
Movies make me happy.

Dancing. Lately I’ve taken up belly dancing.
Clean sheets make me happy.
My new headphones.
My grand-phew, Jackson, makes me happy.
Sending cards, making people’s day.
Speaking. I just started a meetup group called Phoenix Womenpreneur Leadership Rockstar Group. If you’re in the Phoenix area, I invite you to check it out. Id’ love to have you.
Food makes me happy.
Games. Over the holidays, I bought the game Cards Against Humanity, and the kids and I loved it. It was great.
Hanging with my family, of course, is my favorite thing ever. I drink peach tea maybe once or twice a week. I meditate daily. Dancing is one thing I could do more of. I journal every day. I have clean sheets once a week. I do yoga every day. I eat food every day. I use my headphones daily. Of course, I sleep daily. Walking in nature is probably more like three or four times a week. I learn every day. Jackson, my grand-phew, ah, love him. I don’t see him as often as I’d like, but usually once every two weeks. I haven’t taken a bubble bath in a long while. I do light incense a couple times a week. I send cards every week and I’ve been doing speaking every week.
